[Keep It Short And Simple]:
Briefly describe yourself to the interviewer so that the interviewer is interested in you and understand your point of view.
It is not a skill to speak long about yourself, because the interviewer first listens to your words and then understands your words.
So in this point has a 3 step formula:-
(1st point: "Start with a 1 sentence introduction saying Who You Are?")
Freshers:-
I have recently completed my graduation in computer engineering.
Experienced:-
I am a computer engineer to teaching syllabus in university of Mumbai with 5 years of experience.
(2nd point: "say 3-5 sentences about your achievements".)
I also train new recruit trainers to deliver the better lecture in their classroom.
Or
I am a professional computer programmer with knowledge of various programming language like Java and C++.
(3rd point: "Talk about why you need this job".)
For Freshers:-
I am very particular about my schedule and always manage my time efficiency.
I am a bachelor to take any kind of opportunity in your company that will allow my skill to grow.
For Experienced:-
I am quite happy with my current job. But I am looking for a more productive role that suits my skill and ability to grow further.
Step #3
[Duration of intro]:
There is no fix that you have to give interviews of so many minutes and so many seconds. So you should normally prepare a 1 minute introduction, but if needed your mind should be ready for 30 seconds to 2 minutes introduction according to the situation.
You should know what you can add or what else in this introduction can leave.
Example:-
Body language plays a big role in our conversation skills. Because this skill is important in every field and these qualities are always seen in us. And the interviewers always tasted us.

Handshake:-
Your handshake should be strong and effective then it directly affects your personality.
A strong handshake means feeling positive vibration and energetic.
Perfect posture:-
You can bend slightly forward to show interest and appreciation.
Eye contact:-
If we talk with eye contact then it means we are confident.
For example:
The Eyes on (Right side) = Imagine and Creative.
The Eyes on (Left side) = Remember Something.
