Step 1

[RECORD YOUR VIDEO]: 

For the first 2-minutes you have to turn on the video recording of your   mobile/phone and spoken for 2 minutes on any topic can be any subject. 

Example,  

  1.   You may have some views/thoughts.

  2.  May have some memories of childhood  

  3.  Some stories 

  4.  Any experience

  5.  Your religion

  6. About some politics  


     * Speak 2 minutes whatever you find interesting.  
Note:

* Don’t recite from the paper, look into the camera. 

* You can prepare the first, but you have to speak at the time

* Try to make full length video.

                                                               
                                


 Step 2

[LISTEN YOUR AUDIO DON'T WATCH VIDEO]:

And when your video is recorded then... The next 2 minutes, you have to play the video, but you just have to listen to your voice, do not watch the video cover the phone/mobile If you want.

 Note: 

* Practice to eliminate the pauses. 

* Observe the rate of speech

[MUTE AUDIO AND WATCH A VIDEO]:

Watch your video and notice how your face looks. And you will be able to see even the minor details of your body language. 

 

  1. Body language: if your body is loose, then bring next time into perfect posture. 

  1. Expression: if your face looks troubled then next time bring yourself passion and smile on your face.  

 Note:

* If your eyes are repeatedly going down or going up, then keep the eye contact in the next video. 

 


Step 4

[PLAY YOUR VIDEO AND FOCUSED ON YOUR CONVERSATIOIN]:


In this process, your problem will be the solution when the mind becomes blank in talking to someone.

 At this time, only you have to pay attention to your conversation.
